Founder and Executive Director – Dr. Larissa Silfa-Velez brings over 20 years of expertise in Early Childhood and Special Education. Her work is driven by a deep passion for early intervention and inclusive practices that foster learning through play. She focuses on supporting children's development across academic, social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive domains. Dr. Silfa-Velez leads several key initiatives, including the Little Learners Lab, the Start Smart Academy, and the Teacher Development and School Support Program.

Ms. Annixa
Educational Specialist
With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Annixa specializes in working with infants and toddlers. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in infant and toddler care and is deeply committed to fostering early developmental growth. Her passion lies in creating nurturing, engaging environments where young children can explore, learn, and thrive. Ms. Annixa supports our youngest learners through her work in the Little Learners Lab.
